Let’s be completely honest about what is happening to our sector....
Supported living exists for one fundamental reason: because vulnerable people in our communities need safe, high-quality, stable homes.
But over the last couple of years, the market has descended into chaos. We’ve all watched a wave of overnight "gurus," fee-chasers, and unregulated middlemen flood the space solely to exploit it for massive payouts.
I’ve been in this space a long time. And if I am being completely transparent, I spent the last year feeling so deeply disillusioned by the poor practice and chaos that I seriously considered stepping away entirely.
But walking away lets the wrong people win. So instead, I’ve decided its time to shake things up and to change things.

We need to get back to the things that matter, creating homes for people who need them

-
The supported living space is changing, demand is going nowhere and providers are still seeing a huge need for property.
-
Leasing properties to supported living providers has become a highly popular strategy amongst property investors.
-
But we are seeing many of the wrong people getting involved and trying to monetise it.
-
Property Investors:
-
The property market is changing, and with the Renters Rights Act and new regulation altering the landscape for landlords, many are unsure about their future in the private rental market and this is only fueling interest in supported living.
-
Supported living property offers a stable, purpose-driven alternative investment opportunity that not only allows you to navigate through these challenges but allows you to create homes, meaning you create a real positive impact in society, whilst building your investment portfolio.
-
But finding the right provider is fraught with challenges and costs for introductions seems to be soaring at a time when property investors profits are being worn thing
-
-
Supported Living Providers
-
Providers are under huge pressure with regulatory changes and having margins squeezed in all directions, they do not have funds to pay sourcers to help them find property
-
Providers are wasting time with property investors who have unsuitable property and do not understand the sector.
-
-
I am launching a whole new approach to disrupt the space and take the power away from those who think that creating homes for those with a support need is the latest way to make money without being involved.
-
Attending this event is a way to support this message and help demonstrate how we all want change
