How the Property Match Service works

1) Complete the property upload form with as much detail as possible and submit your photos, proof of ownership and floorplans (if you have them).

3) Once your property is live on our bespoke portal our provider members can view it. We also send out regular property bulletins to our provider members featuring your property.

5) We then issue an introducer agreement for you to sign.

2) Our team check the submitted details and then they upload them to the portal. You will be emailed to let you know your property is live.

If the team need any more information they will email you.

4) If a provider if interested in leasing your property then we will email to let you know. If you wish to be introduced reply to this email to inform us.

6) Once the introducers agreement is signed we introduce you to the provider so you can directly communicate. You only pay us a fee once a lease is signed.
